Fireworks

This was my first time shooting fireworks in Manual. I used a very slow shutter speed - 3 sec, f8, ISO 100 for some and for others 4s, f11, and ISO 200  (all straight from the camera). 

I like the  purple sparklers in this one- they look like doves to me, or maybe it's just my imagination....

A new beginning

Well, in two words I accidentally cancelled my GMail account and unfortunately I lost the blog with it too. So here I am trying to catch up. I will try to re post my assignments soon enough, but for now I will just start fresh with some shots from the 4th of July.
